Menlo Place
Menlo Place was platted in 1907 when Joel E.McCarty created his subdivision, Joel E. McCarty's Subdivision. The city of Columbus allotted funds for the paving of Menlo Place on January 9, 1908. The paving was done by contractor Andrew G. Pugh. Pugh's paving plant was located at 424-450 Woodland Avenue.
